Procédure pour demander un déban sur Origin Freeroam
Si vous avez été banni suite à l’utilisation de logiciels tiers ou pour toute autre infraction sur le serveur Origin Freeroam, il est possible de demander un déban en suivant les étapes ci-dessous.
Étape 1 : Effectuez votre paiement sur Tebex
- Rendez-vous sur notre boutique officielle et sélectionnez l’option Déban.
- Une fois le paiement validé, un rôle spécifique sera automatiquement ajouté à votre compte Discord pour signaler que vous êtes éligible à une demande de déban.
Étape 2 : Créez un ticket de support sur Discord
- Rejoignez notre Discord officiel : discord.gg/playorigin.
- Ouvrez un ticket de support via le système dédié.
- Fournissez les informations suivantes :
- Une capture d’écran montrant votre bannissement.
- La raison du ban mentionnée dans le message affiché.
Étape 3 : Traitement de votre demande
- Une fois votre ticket soumis, notre équipe examinera votre demande.
- Le déban sera effectué sous un délai maximum de 1 heures après validation de votre dossier.
